Plies
Plies: Algernod Lanier Washington (born July 1, 1976), known by his stage name Plies, is a Florida Gulf Coast Rapper. After dropping out of college, he founded Big Gates Records with his brother then signed a record deal with Miami's own Slip-n-Slide Records. He three albums that included the chart-topping singles "Shawty" and "Hypnotized" with fellow Florida rapper T-Pain. Plies was involved in a Gainsveille shoot-out during a Lil Boosie concert. Plies has been awarded numerous BET Hip Hop awards for his hit singles.
